Lisha Bell

Lisha Bell is an accomplished professional with significant experience in product management and economic opportunity initiatives. Currently serving as the Head of the Economic Opportunity Fund at PayPal, Lisha's previous roles include Product Manager for Consumer Financial Services and Wallets at Venmo Commerce. As a co-founder of BLXVC and an angel investor with CNote, Lisha actively contributes to the growth of innovative ventures. Lisha also holds the position of Deal Flow Lead at Pipeline Angels and coaches in the Black Women's Entrepreneurial Leadership Program at Babson College. Educated at Columbia Business School and the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley, Lisha possesses an MBA focused on business.
