Maureen Hynes is a Training Manager with extensive experience in call center management, training, and operations. They began their career at AT&T, where they worked from 1986 to 1998 in various roles, including Operations and Team Leader. Following this, Maureen served as a Training Supervisor at Alltel in 2006-2007 and later held the position of Training Manager at Verizon from 2009 to 2011. Currently, they work as the Lead Manager of Global Training at PayPal while pursuing a degree in Business Education.
