Formerly an examiner-in-charge at the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, Maxim has held significant roles at PayPal, Troika Dialog, Sberbank, and S&P Global, where they guided regulatory transformations and compliance programs. Currently, as the CEO of PayPal Russia, Maxim oversees strategic repositioning during challenging market conditions and strengthens stakeholder engagement.
