Michael Higgins

Michael Higgins is an experienced professional in payment network operations and compliance, currently serving as the Director of Payment Network Operations at PayPal since May 2024. Previously, Michael held various roles at Square from January 2017 to May 2024, including Acquirer Operations Manager and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed developing cross-team initiatives, managing compliance with Japanese regulations, and expanding transaction cost data across international markets. In 2022, Michael worked as Payments Operations Manager at Cash App, collaborating with acquiring banks and debit networks to drive initiatives and enhance long-term projects.
