Noa Ferber

Noa Ferber is a seasoned talent acquisition professional with extensive experience in recruitment across various sectors. Currently serving as the Global Talent Attraction Manager at PayPal since April 2019, Noa leads proactive talent engagement and employer branding strategies. Previously, Noa held the position of Sr Manager Talent Acquisition for EMEA and Global Sourcing Strategy, where a focus was placed on recruitment best practices. Prior to PayPal, Noa managed the EMEA Talent Acquisition team at Amdocs, overseeing recruitment for diverse roles across multiple countries. Noa's career also includes positions in healthcare recruitment at Clalit Health Services, technology recruitment at RAD and Applied Materials, and early experience in executive search. Academic credentials include an MA in Occupational Psychology from the University of Haifa and a BA in Psychology and Education from Tel Aviv University.
