Oded Rosen

Oded Rosen is a highly experienced risk management professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of Consumer Risk at PayPal since December 2022, overseeing financial risk for PayPal P2P, Venmo, and Xoom. Prior to this role, Oded held the position of Risk Strategy Director at Venmo from March 2016 to December 2022, where responsibilities included leading risk strategy efforts. Oded also gained valuable experience as a Risk Strategy Manager and Financial Risk Manager at PayPal from May 2012 to March 2016, starting as a Risk Analyst. Oded holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, obtained in 2012.
