Patrick Foo

Patrick Foo is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the financial and e-learning sectors. Currently serving as VP & GM for PayPal across South East Asia, India, Hong Kong, Korea, and Taiwan since December 2012, Patrick has a proven track record of driving revenue and business growth in diverse regions. Previous roles include VP & GM for North Asia, General Manager for China CBT at PayPal, and General Manager for China at EnglishHelper. Earlier in the career at American Express, Patrick held multiple leadership positions, including Chairman & General Manager for Taiwan and China, where significant growth was achieved following the 2005 consumer credit crisis. Education includes a Bachelor of Science degree from the National University of Singapore.
