Ralph Kaiser

Ralph Kaiser serves as President, CEO, and Chairman of UATP, where responsibilities include overseeing all commercial and strategic aspects of a global payment network for travel services, as well as chairing a board of directors comprised of airline industry executives. In addition to this role, Ralph Kaiser holds the position of Vice President and General Counsel at PayPal and is a member of both the Customer Advisory Board at Commercial Payments International and the Global Advisory Board at the Overseas Private Investment Corporation. Previous experience includes serving as Assistant General Counsel at both the Overseas Private Investment Corporation and the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Ralph Kaiser holds an MBA in International Finance from The Johns Hopkins University - Carey Business School, a JD in Law/International Law from Emory University School of Law, and a BA in Political Science from Millsaps College.
