Robert Southgate is an accomplished Global Employment Law Counsel with extensive experience guiding businesses through complex employment law challenges across APAC and EMEA. They served as Chief Counsel in various roles at BT from 2013 to 2016 and held the position of Employment Law Director at Intel Corporation from 2021 to 2024. Currently, Robert leads the employment legal function for EMEA at PayPal, where they partner with HR and business leaders to provide strategic legal guidance.
