Rose Nyte

Rose Nyte is an experienced technology executive currently serving as Senior Director of Developer Platform Engineering at PayPal, where leadership encompasses a team of six directors and approximately 175 engineers focused on enhancing developer platforms. Previously, Rose held the position of Senior Director of Developer Productivity Engineering at PayPal, leading a team to optimize enterprise frameworks and an API platform servicing 2,500 applications. Additionally, Rose serves as CTO at McLean Forrester, guiding strategic direction for a veteran-owned small business. Previously, Rose was Senior Director of Engineering at World Wide Technology, overseeing a large, cross-functional engineering group, and held various leadership roles, including Director of Agile Software Delivery. As the CEO and Co-founder of Intervention Arts, Rose led efforts to support emerging artisan brands. Rose's educational background includes a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Harvard Extension School and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Western Governors University.
