Samrat Roy

Samrat Roy has extensive experience in database engineering, currently serving as a Senior Manager at PayPal since May 2007. Previously, Samrat held multiple roles in database engineering at PayPal, including Senior MTS, MTS2, MTS1, and Oracle DBA. Prior to joining PayPal, Samrat worked as an Oracle DBA at ADP from 2005 to 2007 and served as an Oracle Database and Systems Admin at The State University of New York from January 2003 to February 2005. Samrat holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from SUNY Polytechnic Institute, an internship in Aerospace, Aeronautical, and Astronautical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Science, and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Surat.
