Siobhan Devins is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in global payroll and financial reporting. Since June 2015, Siobhan has held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Global Payroll Reporting at PayPal, where responsibilities include leading a global payroll accounting platform and managing EMEA statutory financial reporting. Previous roles include Global Accounting Lead Manager and Manager of Accounting Financial Reporting, with a focus on EMEA statutory financial reporting and tax compliance. Prior to PayPal, Siobhan held positions at Teradata, Ryanair, Datalogic, Coca-Cola European Partners, Hertz, and Capgemini, accumulating expertise in general ledger management, intercompany transactions, and financial compliance.
