Stephen Caesar

Stephen Caesar serves as the Global Head of Regulatory Risk Audit at PayPal, where responsibilities include leading efforts to mitigate regulatory risks and overseeing audit activities related to anti-money laundering and consumer protection. In addition, Stephen co-chairs PayPal’s Black Employee Resource Group, driving diversity and inclusion initiatives across the organization. Previous roles include Vice President of Regulatory Relations at American Express, where strategic partnerships with business units were established to manage regulatory interactions, and roles at Deloitte & Touche, Marriott International, and American Express focused on internal audit and compliance. Stephen holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business (Finance) from Howard University.
