Steven Bishop

Steven Bishop is currently the Sr. Director of UX at PayPal, where they focus on enhancing user experiences. They previously led UX for Alexa Auto at Amazon, where they built a design team and developed innovative workflows. Prior to Amazon, Steven founded and directed design initiatives at Automatic Labs and co-founded Posit Design, emphasizing human-centered transportation experiences. Their career also includes significant roles at IDEO, where they established portfolios in automotive design and sustainability. Steven holds a graduate degree in product design from Stanford University, where they also served as an adjunct professor.
