Tingting Cui is currently the TISO EMEA Manager at PayPal, overseeing technology and information security efforts. Previously, they worked as an IT Security Specialist at Intesa Sanpaolo Bank Luxembourg and as an IT Security and Risk Assurance Consultant at EY. Tingting also has experience as a Software Developer at Arkus Financial Services. They studied at the University of Luxembourg from 2014 to 2015 and hold professional certifications, including CISSP and OSCP.
