Tom Kierner

Tom Kierner is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as Senior Counsel at PayPal since October 2022. Prior to this position, Tom held the title of Senior Staff Counsel at Fiserv from September 2020 to October 2022 and worked as an Associate at Womble Bond Dickinson (US) LLP from October 2018 to September 2020. Tom has also been an Assistant General Counsel at Green Dot Corporation and served as Assistant Counsel for UniRush, LLC. Earlier in their career, Tom gained experience in recruitment at PNC Financial Services Group and The RightThing, Inc., where responsibilities included full life-cycle recruiting and providing customized recruitment solutions. Tom holds a Juris Doctor degree from Indiana University Bloomington and both a Master of Arts in College Student Personnel and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Bowling Green State University.
