Will Burns

Will Burns is currently the Lead Manager for Reputation Management and Media Relations at PayPal. They have extensive experience in communications, having served as Senior Deputy Communications Director at the New York State Executive Chamber and as Deputy Press Secretary under Governor Andrew M. Cuomo. Will's prior roles include Political Director for Gareth Rhodes for Congress, Press Secretary, and Press Intern in the Office of Senate Minority Leader Charles E. Schumer. They completed a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science and Government with a concentration in Public Policy and a minor in Economics from American University.
