Alan Choi

Alan (Chang-yeong) Choi currently serves as a Credit Risk Manager at PayPay Card Corporation, where they develop credit risk strategies and enhance monitoring systems using Python and SQL. Since joining in January 2025, Alan has played a key role in establishing the Risk Management Department and streamlining processes within the fintech ecosystem. Prior to this, Alan worked at Nomura Securities as an FX Transaction Control Analyst and at KEB Hana Bank Japan as a Corporate Banking Analyst. They hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hanyang University and have passed CFA Level II and FRM Level I exams.
