Chia Yi Chen

Chia Yi Chen (Lucas) is a skilled software engineer with extensive experience in backend development and microservices. Currently employed at PayPay Corporation since October 2023, Chia Yi contributes to microservice Java-based projects. Previously, at foodpanda from January 2022 to August 2023, Chia Yi focused on implementing the Dine-In feature and managing order details. As a self-employed developer between October 2020 and January 2022, Chia Yi created a Zi Wei Dou Shu app. Earlier roles include a tenure at Carousell from July 2017 to September 2020, where Chia Yi worked on buyer experience integration and backend system design using Golang, Python, PostgreSQL, and Redis, as well as at migme from August 2015 to May 2017, maintaining the MigShop with Ruby on Rails.
