QA Manager

Tom Lee is a seasoned QA Manager and Business Analyst currently at PayPay Corporation, overseeing QA processes in agile development environments. Tom previously held roles including SDET/QA Lead at Change Healthcare and Business Analyst/CIA Team Lead at Centene Corporation, where they contributed to system testing and contract implementation. Tom began their career with an internship at IBM Taiwan and gained valuable experience as a Research Assistant at Academia Sinica. With a Master’s degree in Engineering Management from the University of Southern California and a BA in Computer Science from UC San Diego, Tom is dedicated to embracing new challenges and technologies in the software development landscape.
