Bertrand MATHIEU

Bertrand Mathieu has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Bertrand started their career at Ingeniweb/AlterWay as an Engineer, specializing in Python, Zope, and Plone CMS. Bertrand worked on projects for various clients, including L'Oréal and AIG Vie. Bertrand then joined UniversCiné as an Engineer and was responsible for both development and operations. After that, they worked at Abilian as an Architect/Lead Developer, focusing on collaborative applications and CRM. Bertrand also mentored new developers and handled server administration. Most recently, they worked at Payplug, where they held multiple roles, including Lead Developer and Head of Infrastructure and Head of SRE. In these positions, they were responsible for ensuring the reliability and availability of systems, managing infrastructure, and implementing DevOps practices. Bertrand also led teams and implemented tools to improve development processes and support internal helpdesk and product support.

Bertrand Mathieu completed their education in a chronological order. From 1998 to 2000, they studied at the Université de Bordeaux, where they obtained a Licence/Maitrise degree in Informatique. Following this, from 2000 to 2001, they pursued a DESS Génie Logiciel degree in Ingénierie Logicielle at the same university.
