Karine Thimonier

Karine Thimonier is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in social relations, legal aspects of human resources, and payroll management. Currently serving as Head of HR Legal, Admin & Payroll at PayPlug since May 2022, Karine is responsible for managing both individual and collective social relations, overseeing payroll and personnel administration, and supporting organizational growth and transformation. Prior roles include HR Manager at M6 Boutique and Social Relations and HR Administration Manager at Ventadis - Groupe M6, where responsibilities involved negotiating with unions, managing disciplinary processes, and leading recruitment efforts. Karine began their career at Randstad France and Safran, and holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources from ISG Institut Supérieur de Gestion, along with a Maitrise in social law from Paris-Pantheon-Assas University.
