Yann Bellouis

Yann Bellouis is an experienced risk management professional currently serving as Risk Director and Head of Risk Management at Payplug since June 2015. In this role, Yann is responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive risk management process, encompassing fraud prevention, compliance with KYC and AML regulations, credit risk analysis, and brand risk management. Yann leads a team of analysts, acts as a point of escalation for critical decision-making, and engages in corporate governance through risk reporting. Prior to Payplug, Yann held risk-related positions at PayPal and Crédit Mutuel Arkéa, and has a strong educational background in finance and compliance, including a DU Compliance Officer degree from UVSQ and a Master 2 in Finance from Brest Business School.
