Keith Marks

Keith Marks has over 25 years of experience in corporate finance and restructuring. Keith is the founder of Suncor Capital, LLC, a company that successfully acquired retail assets from regional and national oil companies. Keith also founded WindRiver Capital Group, Inc., a corporate finance and consulting firm that has completed over $2 Billion in corporate restructures. In addition, they have been instrumental in developing new financing programs in the US and Mexican markets in association with major Wall Street Investment Banks. Currently, Keith is the Board Chairman at PayQwick, a company that provides cashless payment solutions for the legalized cannabis industry.

Keith Marks obtained their Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School with an emphasis in real estate and finance. Keith obtained their Bachelor's degree in real estate and finance from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Keith attended high school at New Trier West High School where they studied general studies.
