Dicle Serdaroglu

Dicle Serdaroglu has worked at five different companies over the past decade. In 2010, they began their career as a Budget Accounting and Consolidation Intern at Sabanci Holding. The following year, they joined the Field Marketing Team at Red Bull. From 2012 to 2019, they held various roles at Yapı Kredi, including Emerging Payments Product Executive, Debit and Prepaid Cards Product Specialist, and Credit Cards Product Associate. In 2019, they became the Senior Manager, Head of Product at Yemeksepeti Fintech and Manager, Digital Payments Product. Currently, they are the Senior Product Manager at Payrails, where they work to enable high-growth companies to craft their payment experiences and financial services globally.

Dicle Serdaroglu attended Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (İzmir Koleji) from 2004 to 2008. From 2008 to 2012, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Orta Doğu Teknik Üniversitesi / Middle East Technical University. In 2017, they received a Fintech 101 certification from FinTech Istanbul. In 2021, they obtained a Strategy in the Age of Digital Disruption certification from INSEAD and a Project Management (PMI) certification from Boğaziçi University. Additionally, they received a Blockchain 101 certification from FinTech Istanbul in July 2021.
