Kumar Aman

Kumar Aman is an accomplished data analytics professional with extensive experience in managing data teams and infrastructure across various organizations. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Manager at Payrails since December 2025, Kumar previously held the position of Senior Engineering Manager, Data at Verve, where a major data infrastructure overhaul was spearheaded, resulting in significant cost savings. As the Head of Data at Dott, Kumar led a team of 12 and supported over 2000 stakeholders, maintaining a strong employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) through effective team management.
