Jonathan Hardy

Jonathan Hardy is an experienced finance professional currently serving as the VP of Finance at PayRange since August 2025. Previously, Jonathan held various roles at LeadVenture™ from December 2019 to August 2025, including Director of FP&A, where a focus on redefining revenue reporting was established through comprehensive data analysis. Other notable positions at LeadVenture included Director of Special Projects, where Jonathan collaborated with the executive team on investment initiatives, and Director of Accounting Initiatives, concentrating on M&A and accounting processes. At Viewpoint, from December 2014 to December 2019, Jonathan led the accounting team through the company’s acquisition and implementation of new controls. Earlier experience at Levi Strauss & Co. included roles as General Accountant and Senior Revenue Accountant. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Oregon.
