Chase McCain is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and management with extensive experience in recruitment, training, and operations. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Leader at Payroc since July 2022, Chase leads a team dedicated to developing comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with organizational objectives. Previous roles include Senior Specialist and Project Manager in Recruitment & Training, where responsibilities included data analysis, talent sourcing, and instructional design. Prior to Payroc, Chase held the position of General Manager at Trulieve, driving sales strategies and managing a large sales team, and worked as a Case Manager at DACCO, facilitating essential health and social services. An academic background includes a Master of Arts in Sociology from the University of South Florida and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Ball State University.
