Douglas Ferket has extensive experience in the payment processing industry, currently serving as VP of Integrations at Payroc since January 2019. Concurrently, Douglas has been with Integrity Payment Systems since July 2005, progressing through various roles including Project Manager, PCI Compliance Supervisor, Deployment Supervisor, Customer Service Supervisor, and Customer Service Representative. As Project Manager, responsibilities include executing and evaluating projects, managing teams, and ensuring quality control. Prior positions involved assessing compliance with PCI standards and overseeing the development of payment applications, alongside training customer service teams to meet organizational goals. Douglas holds a degree from Western Illinois University.
