Lisa Shen is a dedicated professional with experience in client success and customer service. Currently serving as a Client Success Advocate at Payroc since January 2021, Lisa previously held positions at TD as a Customer Experience Associate and as an Economic Development Intern at the Newcomer Centre of Peel. Educational achievements include a Master's degree in International Business from Smith School of Business at Queen's University and ESSEC Business School, along with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto.
