Michael McCaffrey

Michael McCaffrey is currently the Sr. Director of Learning & Organizational Development at Payroc, where they lead the design and execution of enterprise-wide learning initiatives. Previously, they served as Director of Global Sales & Service Training at WEX, and held various roles at State Farm, including Sales Learning Manager. Michael began their career as a Broker at Fidelity Investments. They are pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Thomas College and hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Husson University.
