Roy Biber

Roy Biber is a seasoned software engineering professional currently serving as a Software Engineering Manager and Tech Lead at Payroc since September 2025, overseeing the front-end engineering team through the complete software lifecycle. Prior to that, Roy held similar roles at BlueSnap from February 2015 to October 2025, where responsibilities included leading web development teams, designing and developing new solutions, and managing full-cycle delivery processes. Roy began a career in web and mobile development, contributing to the development of front-end solutions and customized client projects. Previous experience includes roles as a Financial Analyst at Hewlett-Packard and work in marketing and business intelligence at Yissum. Roy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Far East Studies from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, alongside technical training at John Bryce.
