Shawn Dolan

Shawn Dolan is a seasoned database engineering and administration professional with extensive experience in leading database teams and managing complex systems. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Database Engineering and Administration at Payroc since February 2022, Shawn previously held various positions at Global Payments Inc. from August 2016 to February 2022, including Associate Director of Database Architecture & Administration and Principal Database Administrator. At Wayfair, from June 2008 to May 2016, responsibilities encompassed roles such as Director of Engineering and Senior Database Administrator, where notable achievements included implementing a scalable database solution and enhancing system performance. Earlier career experiences include roles at First Marblehead, IBM, and John Hancock, demonstrating a solid foundation in database management and optimization.
