Robert Gerbin

Robert Gerbin, CPP, is a Senior Director of Global Strategic Initiatives at PayrollOrg, where they are responsible for driving global growth, strategic vision, and operational excellence. Previously, they served as the VP of Global Payroll Leader at Wells Fargo, overseeing complex multinational payroll operations and compliance for a $1.9 trillion financial services company. Gerbin has also held key leadership roles at ADP, EY, and Coupang, and they possess a rich background in global payroll services across diverse industries in over fifty countries. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Human Resources and Employer Relations at The Pennsylvania State University.
