Prior to this, David W. worked at First Data Merchant Services from May 2010 to August 2018, where roles included Chargeback SME, responsible for managing an offshore chargeback team and visiting high-profile merchants to reduce and understand chargebacks, as well as serving as a Chargeback agent.
