Nikki Cotter

Nikki Cotter has extensive experience in recruitment and talent acquisition, currently serving as VP Recruitment at Paysafe Group since August 2015. In this role, Nikki has held various titles, including Head of Recruitment for Bulgaria, India, and the UK & Ireland, as well as Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition. Prior to joining Paysafe Group, Nikki was a Talent Acquisition Manager at Skrill from September 2011 to August 2015 and worked as a Recruiter at Robert Walters for a brief period in 2011. Nikki began the recruitment career in 2010 at Subscriptions Marketing Limited, focusing on recruitment and HR. Nikki holds a BA in Politics and International Relations from the University of Reading, earned between 2002 and 2005.
