Casey McCutchen

Casey McCutchen is a seasoned sales professional with extensive experience in sales management and development. Currently serving as Sales Manager - MM1 at Payscale since January 2018, Casey designed and launched the SDR Certification Program and developed the SDR Leveling Up Program for career growth. Notable accomplishments include turning around a low-ranked team as SDR Manager - Enterprise with a 154% productivity increase, earning recognition as the #1 team in the SDR organization. Prior to Payscale, Casey volunteered extensively with various NGOs, worked as an Assistant Associate at Deloitte focusing on client solutions, and held sales positions at Nordstrom and Walt Disney World. Casey holds a Bachelor of Science in Speech Communications with multiple minors from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
