Mariah Bade has extensive experience in client implementation and support across multiple companies in the HR and benefits sector. Currently serving as Team Lead Implementation at PayScale since June 2022, Mariah facilitates data configuration and product setup for new clients. Prior experience includes roles at Paycor as an Implementation Consultant, where responsibilities encompassed setting up HR and Payroll software and managing a team of Associate Implementation Consultants. Mariah's background also includes an Implementation Consultant position at Sun Life Financial, focusing on group benefits setup and client communication. Mariah began the career in customer service at Assurant Employee Benefits and held a leadership role as a Business Development Representative at Hendrick Automotive Group. Mariah holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art Teacher Education from Missouri Western State University.
