Philip Watson

Philip Watson currently serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Payscale since February 2025. Prior to this role, Philip held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Paddle from September 2023 to February 2025 and served as Portfolio Finance & Operations Director at Hg for a brief period in early 2023. Philip's extensive experience at ZoomInfo from October 2015 to February 2023 included various senior leadership roles, culminating as Senior Vice President of FP&A and Head of Country. Additionally, Philip contributed as an Advisory Board Member at Spa Space from November 2020 to September 2022. Philip holds an MBA with a concentration in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business and a BA in Economics from Washington and Lee University.
