Tyler Josephson

Tyler Josephson has extensive experience in various roles primarily focused on data management, customer operations, and inventory control. Since May 2018, Tyler has served in multiple capacities at Payscale, including Onboarding Manager II and Implementation Manager, where responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders to ensure accurate data uploads, analyzing customer data, and providing feedback on account status. Prior to this, Tyler worked at Exotic Metals Forming Co LLC as an Inventory Control Analyst, managing inventory accuracy, cycle counts, and supporting production needs. Earlier experience includes a Marketing Intern role at the same company, where Tyler participated in various administrative tasks, and a Utility Worker position at Fields Roof Service Inc, focusing on inventory management and maintenance. Tyler holds dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Management Information Systems and Operations Management and Supervision from Washington State University.
