Fran Fisher, CPP

Fran Fisher, CPP has been working in the Accounts Receivable Management industry since 1995. Fran began their career as a Marketing Director at Credit Recovery Bureau, Inc. in 1995. In 1998, they became the Owner & President of Revenue Recovery Consultants Inc. In 2012, Fran was appointed as an Urban at Large Member of the Commonwealth Transportation Board. In 2014, they became the President of Fisher Strategies Group LLC, as well as a Sales & Marketing Executive at Advanced Payment Systems Inc. In 2015, Fran joined Payscout as a Business Development Manager, and was later promoted to Strategic Sales & Business Development Manager and Channel Manager. In 2019, they returned to Payscout as a Business Development Manager.

Fran Fisher, CPP completed a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Nova Southeastern University from 1981 to 1984. Prior to that, they attended the University of South Florida from 1976 to 1980, studying Marketing.
