Jami Smith

Jami Smith has held various positions in the technology sector since 1990. Starting as a Senior Developer at Life of Georgia, they then moved to ACS, Inc (acquired by Xerox) in 2002 as a Systems Analyst. In 2013, they joined Cognizant Technology Solutions as a Senior Systems Analyst, where they completed analysis, development and testing of client system change requests, and served as one of the leads for the successful Montana Medicaid Pharmacy Benefits Management (PBM) project. Jami also conducted both batch and online QA testing for New York Medicaid PBM Project. In 2019, they joined Payspan, Inc. as a Product Owner and Systems Analyst.

Jami Smith attended the University of North Georgia from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science.
