Kristin Clarke

Kristin Clarke is an experienced professional in human resources and people operations, currently serving as the Head of People at Paystack since July 2021. Prior to this role, Kristin held various positions at Uber from December 2018 to May 2021, including Head of EMEA & APAC People Strategy & Operations and Strategy & Planning Manager for EMEA People & Places. Kristin also worked at Booking.com from December 2016 to November 2018 as the M&A and Integrations HR Lead and Senior Manager for People Projects. Kristin's career began at Google, where Kristin served as an HR Program Manager and HR Business Partner from August 2007 to December 2016. Kristin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Princeton University in the Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, completing studies from 2003 to 2007.
