Jericho Ruan

Jericho Ruan has a diverse work experience spanning over 14 years in various roles and companies. Jericho'smost recent position was as a Salesforce Solutions Architect at Paystone, where they have been working since February 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Salesforce Administrator at GEOTAB for four years, providing 2nd level support to global affiliates and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Jericho also worked as a Data Specialist at Traction on Demand, a CRM consulting firm specializing in Salesforce.com implementations, data quality, and marketing automation. Jericho was responsible for streamlining business processes by leveraging cloud-based CRM technology.

Before joining Traction on Demand, Jericho worked as an Integration Specialist at BigKite Consulting Inc., where they were involved in integrating various systems. Jericho also served as a Database Administrator/Software Developer at Endo Networks Inc., where they were responsible for managing databases and developing software.

Jericho started their career as a Data Specialist at Mosaic Sales Solutions, where they gained experience in data management and analytics. Jericho then worked as a Database Programmer at Nortel Networks before joining Grand & Toy as a PC Support Analyst.

Jericho Ruan began their education journey in 2002 at the University of Waterloo, where they pursued a Bachelor of Mathematics degree. During their time there, they focused on Operations Research with a minor in Computer Science. Jericho completed this program in 2006.

In 2006, Jericho decided to pursue further education at Seneca College. Jericho enrolled in a Post Grad Certificate program, specializing in Database Application Development. Jericho completed this program in 2007.

In addition to their formal education, Jericho has also attained two certifications from Salesforce. In 2012, they became a Salesforce Certified Administrator, and in 2018, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder certification.
