Peter Cosgrove

Peter Cosgrove is an experienced professional in revenues and benefits management, currently serving as the Interim Head of Revenues and Benefits at PayStream since November 2025. Prior to this role, Peter held various significant positions, including Head of Revenue and Debt at Brent Council and Service Delivery Director at Liberata. Peter's career spans multiple councils, including Liverpool City Council, Manchester City Council, and Islington Council, where a focus on benefits and exchequer services was maintained. Peter began the career in administration roles at the Department for Work and Pensions and holds a BA Hons in History and Politics from the University of the West of England.
