Johnson SasiKumar S has extensive work experience in the fintech and payments industry. Johnson is currently working at PayTabs as the Group Head of Strategy, where they are responsible for managing the company's flagship online payment gateway and various other products. Prior to this, they co-founded and served as a board member at OGS Paylab, a switch technology company that is part of the PayTabs Group. At OGS Paylab, they played a key role in developing their cutting-edge switch platform. Johnson also has experience at Fidelity National Information Services (FIS) as a Vice President, where they managed the global prepaid business profit center and was responsible for product design, client communication, sales, and training. Before joining FIS, they worked at Ness Technologies as a General Manager, leading the human resources function and contributing to the company's recognition for HR practices.

Johnson SasiKumar S completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Madurai Kamaraj University, from 1986 to 1989. Johnson then pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Human Resources from Loyola College between 1989 and 1991. Later, from 1993 to 1995, they studied at Annamalai University, where they obtained a Bachelor of General Laws (BGL) degree in Law.
