Ashutosh worked as an Engineering Manager and Technical Project Manager at First Games, where significant contributions included designing and developing the Payment Module, Wallet, and Authentication & Authorization systems. As an Associate Vice President of Engineering at First Games, Ashutosh led teams across various domains, focusing on organizational building, strategic planning, and technical execution. Prior roles included Tech Lead at One97 Communications Limited, where Ashutosh worked on innovative mobile VAS projects, and a career that began as a Junior Software Engineer at Nirvana Infocom.
