Deepansh Rastogi

Deepansh Rastogi has over a decade of professional experience in program management and operational excellence within the fintech, e-commerce, and supply chain sectors. Currently, Deepansh serves as the Deputy General Manager at Paytm, focusing on AI customer service process design and process excellence. Previously, Deepansh held various managerial roles at prominent companies like Amazon, Apollo LogiSolutions, and Sodexo, where they implemented Lean processes and drove project planning initiatives. Deepansh earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management focused on Supply Chain Management from NMIMS Global and holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Chitkara University.
