Michael Massey is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Paytm since December 2015, Michael has played a crucial role in building onboarding modules that have facilitated the acquisition of over 300 million customers and merchants, enabling billions of transactions. Prior to this, Michael co-founded Signals Inc., where a user behavior-based mobile application named Shifu was developed. Michael also contributed as a Software Engineer II at eGain Communications, engaging deeply in the product development cycle, and co-founded Juvenis Tech, creating impactful applications for social movements and cultural events. Michael holds a Bachelor of Technology and a Master of Technology in Computer Science from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
