Nishant Dash

Nishant Dash is an experienced Product Manager currently working at Paytm since September 2023, with prior experience in similar roles at Novopay and PhonePe. At Novopay, Nishant implemented a self-onboarding model for retailers, enhancing conversion rates, and at PhonePe, developed a comprehensive blueprint for a minimum viable product. Nishant began the career at PhonePe as a Management Trainee, gaining insights into the offline sales vertical and achieving significant merchant onboarding. Other notable experiences include a summer internship at ICICI Bank, where key bottlenecks in a process were analyzed, and strategic recommendations were provided for efficiency improvements, as well as a role as Growth Product Manager at Orchids n More and an internship at OYO focused on market expansion. Nishant holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Xavier Institute of Management and a BTech in Electrical Engineering from Odisha University of Technology and Research.
